Meals on Wheels - Anderson

Join us and make a difference in the lives of homebound citizens of Anderson County!

The success of Meals on Wheels depends largely on our dedicated and loyal volunteers.  Each weekday, approximately 60 volunteers work in our kitchen, deliver meals, and help with scheduling and other office duties to provide the hot, nutritious meals that many elderly and disabled in our community rely upon.  All total, more than 400 volunteers give their time and energy annually to help Meals on Wheels carry out its mission.

Volunteers come from all walks of life: retirees, those in the workforce who want to give something back to the community, and students in public and private schools as well as those who are home schooled. If you are looking for a place where you can make a difference…we would welcome you to join us at Meals on Wheels!
