How to Receive Meals.....     

Referral Process: 

Family members, agencies, churches, hospitals, physicians and neighbors refer possible participants.  Trained volunteers follow up with a visit to determine eligibility.  Eligibility is based on need for assistance, not income guidelines, and participants of the program are elderly or disabled and homebound, they typically live alone with no family or friends near by for support.
